Overview
SatisMeter lets you collect feedback directly from your customers so you can prioritize the right ideas, features, and automations. The SatisMeter integration uses Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT or CES), or Product-market fit surveys to collect customer insights on an ongoing basis. Once you configure the source in RudderStack, all that’s left is simply adding a cloud destination or warehouse and events will start flowing from SatisMeter in real-time.
Add SatisMeter as a source and:

- Identify and resolve potential customer complications
- Track your NPS, CES, or CSAT number
