RudderStack’s open source Segment integration allows you to integrate RudderStack with your Segment to track event data and automatically send it to Aircall. With the RudderStack Segment integration, you do not have to worry about having to learn, test, implement or deal with changes in a new API and multiple endpoints every time someone asks for a new integration.

Send event data to Aircall by enabling webhooks in your RudderStack dashboard, then using our Transformations feature to shape the payload for the Aircall API. Once enabled, RudderStack will forward events to Aircall (note, this requires leveraging cloud API endpoints for Aircall ).
